Supervisory Board of Hornbach Holding AG now complete once again

Personnel announcement: Dr. John Feldmann and Erich Harsch succeed Kingfisher representatives

The vacant positions on the Supervisory Board at Hornbach Holding AG have now been filled. The representatives of the British retail group Kingfisher plc stood down from their positions on the Supervisory Board in September 2013. Their successors for the period through to the election of Supervisory Board members at the Annual General Meeting on July 10, 2014 have now been appointed by court resolution.

The members newly appointed to the Supervisory Board of Hornbach Holding AG in January 2014 are Dr. John Feldmann, Chairman of the Management Board of the Hertie Foundation, and Erich Harsch, CEO of dm-drogerie markt GmbH & Co. KG. These two members will succeed the Kingfisher representatives Kevin O'Byrne and David Paramor. Dr. Feldmann and Mr. Harsch were also elected to the Supervisory Board of Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG in July 2013 already.

The six-person Supervisory Board of Hornbach Holding AG is currently composed as follows:

Furthermore, Christoph Hornbach was appointed by court resolution as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG. As a shareholder representative, he has thus succeeded John Declerck (Kingfisher plc).
