Ad-hoc announcement: Frank Brunner stands down from Board of Management by mutual agreement

Frank Brunner, a member of the Board of Management of Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG and responsible for operative management at DIY stores and garden centers, is standing down from his position as of October 31, 2014 by mutual agreement with the company’s Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board accepted Brunner’s resignation at its meeting on October 29, 2014.
The Board of Management and Supervisory Board thank Frank Brunner (45) for the dedicated contribution made in his board position, held since March 1, 2012, and in his long track record of previous activity, including his work in an advisory capacity.
Steffen Hornbach, Chairman of the Board of Management of Hornbach-Baumarkt-AG, will assume interim responsibility for the “Operative Store Management, Sales and Services” division.
