On March 12, 2013, Mr Albrecht Hornbach, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Hornbach Holding AG, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 24, 2012
and on that day amounted to 2.64% (this corresponds to 211112 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 4 of the WpHG, 1.98% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 158334 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Hornbach.
