The HORNBACH-Group participates with two companies on the German stock market - the
HORNBACH HOLDING AG and the HORNBACH-Baumarkt-AG. According to § 10 section 1 of
the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz - WpPG), HORNBACH HOLDING
AG provides for the general public the following list containing all information published during the
prior twelve months on the basis of the laws and regulations mentioned in § 10 section 1 WpPG.
